Professor Zheng Hua Wang, Editor, China Integrated Circuit Magazine
Professor Wang has witnessed every single development in China's electronics industry over the past 5 decades. He is an expert in China's supply-chain market based on his rich experiences of being Chief Engineer of Hua Da IC Design Company, the No.1 IC design and EDA tool developer in China, Operations manager of Aika IC Packaging Factor(Hong Kong), and manager of Beijing CRT Tube Factory. Professor Wang earned his EE in the early 50's.

Shan Lu, PhD, Executive Managing Editor, China Info World
"China Info World", sponsored by the CCID (China Computer and Information Development Center), is the second largest IT publication in China with over 20 years of serving the IT community. CCID is China's largest electronics consulting, research and publishing organization. Dr. Lu has held key positions in CCID. He is a well-known industry spokesman at government conferences, industry gatherings and association activities. He has also served as Director of CCID's Microelectronics Research Department. Mr. Guo earned a BS in Economics from Northwestern University in 1982, and is based in Xi'an, China.

Wayne Chao, Chairman & CEO, China ECNet
Dr. Chao has over 16 years of international executive management experience with a focus on China's electronics market development. He held management positions for U.S. technology companies including Tandem Computer, Wearnes, and Chrontel. Also, he served as the President of Telecom Technology Co. Ltd, a successful joint venture between Integrated Silicon Systems, Inc. (ISSI), Wearnes (A Singapore Technology Conglomerate) and the China Ministry of Post of Telecommunication China. In 1998, he founded Global Techmart, Inc. in California, an Internet company dedicated to bringing the Chinese and American electronics industries together. This company is the predecessor of ChinaECNet. Dr. Zhao also holds the position of President, China eSupply Chain Committee and Secretary General of China Electronics Purchasing Association.

Bruce Rayner, Vice President of Consulting and Research, Technology Forecasters Inc.
Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Rayner leads Technology Forecasters Inc's team of consultants and market analysts. He manages consulting engagements, which includes outsourcing, supply chain management, and environmental projects.Before joining TFI, Bruce was Editorial Director of Electronics Supply & Manufacturing and Electronic Buyer's News, both CMP Media LLC publications and websites. He launched GreenSupplyLine.com, a site dedicated to the coverage of global environmental issues, and was co-chairman and organizer of the annual Global Supply Chain Summit conference. Bruce is an award-winning writer and editor, and a popular speaker and moderator at industry events. Michael Kirschner, President and Managing Partner of Design Chain Associates
Michael Kirschner has been President and Managing Partner of Design Chain Associates, LLC, which provides consulting services to the electronics industry on design chain issues like product-related environmental performance. Prior to this he held Engineering and Engineering Management positions over 20 years at Compaq, Tandem, Intel, and Intergraph, as well as at several start-ups. Mike received his BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA

Dr. C.H. Lee , CEO & President, Electropia
Dr. Lee founded Electropia, Korea ’s largest IT marketplace, as an e-business JV with Samsung, LG, Daewoo and Hyundai. He serves as advisor to the Electronics Industry Association of Korea and as vice-chairman of Korean e-marketplace Association and was previously the Director of Daewoo Information Systems. Dr. Lee earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from Seoul National University, his MS in Industrial Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Technology and his PhD in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
