Based on recent company visits and economic reports, China Outlook Consulting expects continued stress on domestic manufacturing in the months ahead as a result of inflationary trends that will dampen growth. If unchecked, economic conditions could prove worse for China¡¯s manufacturing sector that the downturn of 2008-2009.
